Complainant absent. No representation for the complainant on this posting date also. Correct address of opposite parties not yet furnished, perused the complaint and connected records. The documents produced along with the complaint are only photocopies of F.D receipts which are not sufficient to prove the complaint, as the presumption is that if the original F.D receipts are not available these F.D have been encashed by using the original F.D receipts.
In the circumstances we find no merit in the complaint and the same stands dismissed.
