Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission of this case. The complainants file hazira.

The case is taken up for hearing.  During the course of hearing the complainants file a petition praying to permit them to withdraw the case stating that there are some technical defects in the complaint petition and at this stage it is not possible to remove those technical defects.

          We carefully perused the contents of the complaint petition and the documents on which the complainants have relied upon. We are of the

opinion that the complainants are justified on the point that the complaint petition suffers for technical defects. In the above premises there is no bar to grant the prayer of the complainants.

          Fees paid is correct. Hence, it is

that the petition for permission to withdraw the case filed this day by the complainants is allowed. Accordingly, the complainants are permitted to withdraw the case.

          The case is thus disposed of on withdrawal without any cost.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the complainants free of cost.
