Final Order / Judgement

           Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner submits  that they have challenged the order dated 26.12.2022  passed by the learned District Commission, Khurda,Bhubaneswaras the learned District Commission has passed the interim order  directing the petitioner to pay Rs.4,62,978/- within a period of 15 days  from the date of the order and to pay the regular EMIs in time to the O.Ps till the end of the agreement.According to him the petitioner is a poor man.As such he was not in a position to clear such amount.So he submitted for intervention of this Commission to the impugned interim order.

3.      Considered the submission. Perused the DFR and impugned order.

4.      We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.However, taking the submission of financial crisis of the complainant into consideration,we revise the impugned interim order by directing the petitioner/complainant to pay Rs.3,00,000/- out of Rs.4,62,978/- to the OPs within a period of 15 days from today and pay rest of amount within 30 days  after first payment is made. Rest partof the impugned order remains unaltered.

5.      Revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
