COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

      Mr.Anil Sharma, Member.

 

Present: None for the complainant.

 

                       

                        Today the case is fixed for filing fresh address of the Ops. On dt. 19.2.2015 notices of the ops received back with the report that left and authorized representative for the complainant was directed to furnish fresh address of ops on 2.3.2015. On that date none was appeared on behalf of the complainant and no any address has been filed and on dt. 2.3.2015 the case was agains adjourned for today for filing fresh address of the ops . Today  case called  several times since morning. It is already 4.00 p.m. But again  there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant and no fresh address of the Ops has been filed. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
