  On perusal of the facts of this case, it is realized that the product was purchased in 2015.  So the warranty period  is over and     also there is a limitation of two years from the  cause of action.  Here complainant, stated that the complaint of the product  has been started from the initial stage of its  usage.  So complaint should have been filed within two years or within the warranty period.  Considering the above facts this complaint is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
