ORDER 

            The case of the complainant is that he has availed the agriculture loan of Rs. 25,000/- and the same has been waived out under the loan waiver scheme-2008 but the Opposite Party did not waived out the loan and issuing notice for deposited of loan amount.

            The Opposite Party in his counter contended that as per the guideline towards the wave of agricultural loan the Opposite Party has waived out Rs. 34,454.00 on 30.06.2008 and Rs. 13,750/- remained as outstanding against the loan amount  out of which Rs. 10,000/- as subsidy kept in reserve fund. As there casts no deficiency in service on the part of the OP, he submitted for dismissal of the complainant with cost.

            In course of hearing the complainant agreed to deposit the balance amount with less subsidy amount to which the Opposite Party tendered no objection.

Accordingly we direct the complainant to deposit  the outstanding amount with the Opposite Party. On deposit of balance outstanding the Opposite Party is directed to issue NDC in favour of the complainant.

            The above order shall be complies with in 45 days on receipt of this order.

            The complaint case is disposed off accordingly.
