On strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the OP the case is put up today. Copy served on the complainant. Learned counsel for the OP has filed a memo stating there in that the disputes between the parties has been settled outside the Commission as the original NOC has received by the complainant and the complainant has given his consent on the memo.

          In view of the memo, the case is dropped and closed.
