ORDER

A petition is filed by the complainant stating that the matter is amicably settled and the complainant is not willing to proceed further more and it is prayed to close the proceeding against the O.P. Learned Counsel Mr. Prabal Kumar Ghosh is present for the O.P. and he conceded the above fact. He also prays to dispose of the case finally as the matter is amicably settled.  Since, complainant is satisfied and the matter is amicably settled, we think there is no necessity to proceed further with the case and accordingly, the case is disposed of on compromise.
