Complainant is present in person and files hazira. Complainant also files a petition stating that he has filed this Complaint mistakenly before this Forum and this Complaint should have been filed before the appropriate Forum where the jurisdiction of this Complaint prevails. Therefore, prayer is made for withdrawal of this case with a liberty to file a fresh suit in appropriate Forum.
As the complainant by filing petition prays for withdrawal of the Complaint from this Forum on its jurisdiction ground, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed, so that he can file suit afresh in appropriate Forum as early as possible.
Hence, it is
O r d e r e d
that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 122/2019 be and the same is disposed of on the ground of its withdrawal with a liberty to the complainant to file suit afresh in the appropriate Forum, if not barred otherwise. There is no order as to costs.
