     The case called out several times but neither the complainant/DH nor anybody else on her behalf has turned up. JD could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant/DH was directed to furnish the correct address of JD, but complainant/DH has not turned up to pursue her case, nor furnished correct address of JD. Non appearance of complainant/DH and non compliance of the order of this commission indicates that complainant/DH is not interested in prosecution of the present execution application. Hence, the present execution application is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
