Both parties present. Talk held. Opposite party agreed to convert the connection in to domestic on condition to pay Rs.9963 plus Rs.115/-as reconnection charge. The complainant agreed to pay the same within one month. Opposite parties shall convert the tariff to domestic connection on receipt of Rs.9963/-and shall give re-connection by receiving Rs.115/- as re - connection charge within 3 days from the date of payment of Rs.9963+115 failing which the complainant is at liberty to file petition under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act. File closed.
