Counsel for the complainant was previously present but despite knowledge of date of case i.e. 13.08.22 neither complainant nor any person on behalf of the complainant is present. As per the Submission of A. E although shop of the complainant has been closed. So, Connection can't be installed but he is ready to return the application fee Rs.50/-along with genuine interest. Further although complainant has claimed installation charge but there is no proof. The only proof is receipt for A.P given by the JVBNL for Rs.50/- So, considering the above facts O.P is directed to pay Rs.500/- only including interest on Rs.50/-. Accordingly case is disposed of after taking concert of Complainant on telephone.
