Complainant and 2nd opposite parties present. Talk held. Matter settled in the following terms. The 2nd opposite party submits that the complainant has to pay Rs.36427/- being the arrear of water charges till 28.02.2022 as settlement amount. The complainant is amenable only to pay Rs.25,000/- as full and final settlement. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case the complainant is directed to pay Rs.30,000/- as lumsumon or before 28.02.2022 as full and final settlement failing which the opposite party is entitled to recover the bill amount. The complainant shall also take steps to replace the faulty water metre within 15 days and thereafter pay the water charges as per bill regularly. Both parties are amenable for the above proposal.
Complaint stands disposed off in terms of the above settlement.
