The petitioner reveals the Complainant has settled his dispute with the OP out sides the Court and do not want to proceed with the Complaint and has intended to dropp the complaint proceeding against the Ops. Complainant also personally present before the Forum to support his contention of the petition Dt.09/02/2016 filed by him.
