Settled for Rs.18636/- as full and final settlement.  The complainant agreed to pay the said amount on 3 equal monthly installments commencing from 10.05.2021.  The agreed amount will include water charge up to the month of February.  If the complainant fails to pay the installment the opposite party is entitled to recover the same as per rules. 

          Complaint stands closed.

No costs.
