The case record is taken up today before the Lok Adalat as fixed Earlier. Contesting parties are present and filed Hazira. The learned counsel for the matter has already been settled between the parties and in the mean time the complainant has already been received the NOC against the alleged vehicle the exn case as well as complainant court against the complainant so no other grievance left against the Ops and hence the case initiated against the Ops be dropped and on the other hand Ops have also no objection if the case is dropped.

Accordingly the complainant is dropped as amicably settled between the parties.
