Today the Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement :

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the opposite party has given one cheque No. 081562 dated 5.9.2017 for Rs. 4,80,000/- (Rs. Four Lacs eighty thousand only) in favour of Parminder Kaur complainant which I have received on behalf of complainant as full and final settlement of the amount in question and now nothing is due remain against the opposite party of the complainant. The complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn subject to encashment of cheque in question on its presentation in the account.  The complainant will not file civil as well as criminal case/ proceedings against the opposite party with regard to matter in question”.

In view of the ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. After completion, file be consigned to record room.
