          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed in the Lok Adalat.  Learned counsel for the OP No.1 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties.  OP No.1 is ready to pay 90% of the invoice amount i.e Rs.66,220/-, subject to return the old Unit i.e Refrigerator with accessories, within 40 days from today. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.    

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
