                Heard the authorised person of the complainant. Perused the material available on record. The O.Ps are resident of Sambalpur and the cause of action arose in the institution of the  O.Ps. at Sambalpur . Hence this Forum has no territorial Jurisdiction to decide the case.

                               Accordingly the case is  dismissed as not admitted.
