The case is reserved as per order dt.29.12.2015 which has not been pronounced , Hence issue notice to complainant for fresh hearing but counsel for complainant is absent at the time of hearing . Advocate for opp.parties is present.

Notice was issued by the opp.parties to the complainant on 28.06.2014 U/s .13 (2) of SRFAESI Act.The complainant has filed consumer complaint on 22.09.2014 suppressing the said facts when action was taken on SRFAESI Act this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain  any application .

Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed.
