We have heard complainants in person on the question of maintainability of this complaint. After making some submissions, the complainants seek to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh amended complaint containing certain alternative relief based on the same cause of action. In these circumstances, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainants to file a fresh / amended complaint on the same cause of action.
