ORDER

Neither the complainant nor his advocate has taken any step.
As per previous order dated 30.09.19 the complainant had been allowed last opportunity  to take step.
The case is pending for hearing on admission of the complaint. After meticulous perusal of the complaint and the documents filed therewith we find that the complainant had filed similar complaint before the Forum vide consumer complaint no. CC-17/2017 and that my Predecessor vide order dated 21st June, 2017 had dismissed the said consumer complaint on ground of limitation. It appears to us that the instant complaint also suffered from the same defect. As per the complaint the cause of action had arisen on 08.09.2012 whereas the complainant has filed the present consumer complaint before the Forum on 19.08.19 which is beyond the period of limitation as stipulated under Section 24 A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
The complainant did not file any petition praying for condonation of delay.
In view of this, we direct that the complaint be dismissed under Section 24 A of the C.P. Act, 1986.
