          Today the matter was fixed for arguments. At this stage, Sh.Chitual Garg, Advocate counsel for the Complainant  has made the following statement:

“Stated that due to some technical defect in the complaint, I withdraw the present complaint and the complainant may be allowed to file the same afresh after removing its ambiguity  and all the original documents may pleased be returned.”

In view of the statement of Sh.Chitaul Garg, Advocate counsel for the complainant recorded today separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The Complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action under law, if he so desires. Office is directed to return the original documents as demanded by the Complainant. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
