Record is put up today. The complainant has present and filed a petition to withdraw the case as the matter has been compromised amicably between the parties as per settlement between them. Complainant paid all the outstanding dues as against the loan and the vehicle has been released in favour of complainant along with NOC. Complainant does not want to proceed with the case. 

Hence, the case is withdrawn.
