The Counsel for the complainant since ( deceased) has expired during  covid-19 and he has no contact with the family . taking into consideration of facts & circumstances of te case , the consumer complainant is already abated . However taking into entirety the matter the family of the complainant may approach the opposite parties for settlement of their grievance if the family of the  complainant  will be aggrieved by the decision of opposite parties may approach appropriate Forum if any cause of  action survives with the aforesaid observation and direction consumer complaint is disposed off. No.cost.
