ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                   JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking following relief;

            “Direct the opposite parties to refund the investment of the complainant along with cost and compensation of Rs.90,000/-.”

            Notice to opposite parties was sent on 24.02.2016 but the opposite parties did not appear for which they were set ex-parte on 02.3.2017. The matter has finally heard and reserved for orders. But order could not pronounced for which fresh notice was issued to complainant on 25.3.2023 but so far the complainant did not appear for which we have perused the records and found that the complainant taken a loan and sought refund of the invested amount and compensation. Complainant has taken loan by signing agreement and both parties are to be guided by the terms and conditions of agreement the complainant has not enclosed the copy of agreement. The matter relates to the year 2015 and the period of agreement is already over. As such we find that complainant has not make out a case there is no merit in the consumer complaint. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
