No step from the Complainant.
                Heard of Learned advocate for O.P. party. He referred decision of the Supreme Court. 
                2009 STPL 6945 SC.
                Heard him at length and considered. 
                Gone through the complain petition. It is  found that  cause of action arose on  08/09/12 as per para 8 of the petition  of the Complainant. Therefore  the case is filed after lapse of of 5 years not with in two years from the date of cause of action. 
                No prayer filed for  the condonation of delay therefor the  petition is  time barred and  dismissed.
