                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   File put up today before Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the Opposite parties suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.27000/- (Rupees Twenty seven thousand only) and opposite party will make settled amount within a period of 60 days  from the date of order, failing which OP will be liable to make the settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and has no grievances against respondent. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by the counsel for the OP.

                   In view of the statements made by the learned counsels for both the parties, the present case is disposed off being settled in Lok Adalat with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.27000/- (Rupees Twenty seven thousand only) within 60 days from the date of order failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to pay the interest @9% PA from today i.e. 31.01.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
