The case is fixed for taking fresh steps by the complainant as last chance but the complainant neither files any hazira nor takes any steps.

It appears from the record that S.R. of O.P. is received with the postal endorsement “insufficient address” and the complainant has been therefore directed to take fresh steps for past consecutive dates but the complainant is not vigilant about her case .

The commission has no option but to dismiss the case for default.

Hence it is ordered that the case is dismissed for default.
