None appears for the complainant.

                  Mr.P.Sinha appears on behalf of OP No.2. As per order dtd.18.04.2022,  learned counsel for OP No.2 has filed a photo copy of bill dtd.11.03.2022. In the said bill it has been specifically indicated that the contract demand has become 9.75 KW and the meter reading is based on actual meter reading.On the last date i.e. on 18.04.2022,  OP No.2 has filed the revised bill, order of the GRF and order of the Ombudsman. In such view of the matter and in view of the fact that the complainant is absent repeatedly before the Hon’ble Commission, it can  safely be  presumed that the complainant has no interest  to pursue the matter and  no case  survives as far as   the present complaint is concerned.  Therefore, with the above observation  the complaint petition is disposed of with liberty  to the complainant to file a new complaint if cause of action still survives.
