     At this stage, Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of OP by way of filing his vakalatnama. As counsel for OP has appeared, notice to OP need not be issued.

     Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Counsel for OP has stated at bar that the OP has compromised with the complainant in the sum of Rs.3000/-. Sh.Rohit Sharma, Counsel for Complainant has made statement on the first page of the complaint itself that he withdraws the present complaint because of compromise of Rs.3000/- with OP. Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
