Complainant is absent without step. Today the case is fixed for filing showcause by the complainant and for passing necessary order. It is now 3.20pm. On repeated calls the complainant is found absent. On perusal of the record we find that the complainant is very much reluctant to proceed with the case. Ample opportunities has been given to the complainant. But we find that she is not diligent to her case. So we have no hesitation to hold and say that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further . Hence it is 

O R D E R E D

that the case is dismissed for default for non-prosecution without any cost. 

Let a copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost.
