Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. Complainant himself is also present.

Ld. Advocate for the OP is present.

An amicable  settlement, out of the Commission, was made in between the parties to this effect that the OP Company will pay a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the Account of the Complainant being No. 31799659757 within  5^th February , 2024.

The complainant is fully satisfied with the proposal of the Ld. Advocate for the OP –Company.  

Accordingly, the consumer dispute has been settled down as per terms as mentioned above .

            Hence, the Consumer Complaint being No. 137/2023 be and the same is disposed of as per amicable settlement, out of the Commission  , between the parties as mentioned above.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
