ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party  to refund a sum of Rs.1,20,579/- along with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental strain and harassment and  Rs.20,000/- as cost of the complaint  to the complainant.

Both counsels jointly filed compromise memo stating that the case is settled out of forum and a sum of Rs.1,20,579/- along with Rs.5,000/- paid by way of demand draft to the complainant.   Complainant also made endorsement in the notes paper.   Hence the memo is recorded.   In view of the memo this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No cost.
