Complainant is present in the Forum and filed pt. vide No.115/19 praying to pass order accordingly as the matter is setteled amicebly outside the court and the complainant has received a new handset with one year warrenty since along with Rs.2000/-  for all the cost involved and to withdraw the case as the complainant has no claim against the OP. Hence, at the strength of the petition the case is disposed off accordingly.
