4.12.09 Present: Sh.Bhisham Jindal,complainant in person. Sh.Ashwani Kumar,opposite party No.2 in person. UNDERTAKING I undertake on behalf of the opposite parties to pay the cost amount of the set i.e.6620/- before this Forum to the complainant,within 20 days from today. RO&AC Member Member President, (Ashwani Kumar) opposite party No.2. Statement of Sh.Bhisham Jindal,complainant on S.A. Stated that I accept the offer,referred to above,given by opposite party No.2 on behalf of the opposite parties. RO&AC Member Member President, 4.12.09 Present: Sh.Bhisham Jindal,complainant in person. Sh.Ashwani Kumar,opposite party No.2 in person. In view of the undertaking given by opposite party No.2 on behalf of the opposite dparties, both the opposite parties are allowed to pay to complainant the cost of the mobile hand set in question, as agreed by the complainant, i.e. Rs.6620/- as full and final settlement of the dispute within 20 days from today i.e. 4.12.2009. The parties are bound by their statements. Accordingly, the complaint stands disposed of. File be consigned. Member Member President,
