Today the case is fixed for filing proper address of the O.P.No.3 by the complainant for sending fresh notice to the O.P.No.3. Advocate for the complainant is present today and files memo before the Forum stating that the complainant does not want to proceed his case petition as the matter has already been settled out side of the Forum, between the parties. Advocate for the O.P.No.1 is present today and files hazira, copy not served on memo withdrawal by the O.P.No.1.
However, considering the facts in the memo as filed by the complainant, we inclined to allow the case to be withdrawn as per submission of the advocate of complainant.
Accordingly the case is disposed of as withdrawn.
