Complainant is present and his Ld.adv is also present and heard Ld.adv of the complainant about admission hearing and after considering teh entire complainant it is found that the relationship in between the parties is employer and employee and so under any circumstance employee can not be treated as consumer under employer and in fact teh entire complaint is misconceived are and for which the present complaint is rejected in limini.
