Final Order / Judgement

Complainant is present along with his advocate. O.Ps. are also present through their respective advocates. Ld. Advocate for the complainant has filed petition No.169/23 stating that he has settled the matter with the opposite parties and as such does not like to proceed further in this case and prays to dispose the case on settlement/withdrawal. Copy of this petition has been supplied and received by the O.P. In this case, earlier on 28.08.2023 petition No.139/23 was filed by Ld. Advocate for the O.P. No.1 praying for vacating the ex-parte order passed against the O.P. No.1 and on 12.10.2023 another petition No.167/23 was filed by Ld. Advocate for the O.P. No. 2 & 3 informing the Commission regarding the process of mutual settlement of the complaint in between the parties outside the Commission. Both these petitions were pending for disposal today, but as the complainant has filed petition No.169/23, this Commission finds no reason to pass any other order upon the petition earlier filed by the opposite parties.

Considering the petition filed by the complainant and after hearing the complainant this complaint is dropped from proceeding on compromise.

Case dispose on compromise.
