No Quorum. However the counsel for complainant Sri Prasant Ku. Patro appeared and filed a memo wherein he averred that, the present dispute has already been settled by both parties outside the Commission with the almost satisfaction of complainant. Hence he prayed not to press the Complaint further.

              As the case has already settled and fulfilled the purpose of complainant at this stage the case/dispute lost its merit for further proceeding. Accordingly the case is hereby dropped with an order as to no cost. Supply copies to the parties concerned. (Dt.).
