ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 10.01.2024, Sh.Hemen Aggarwal, Complainant in person has stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties as per compromise deed 17.08.2023, which has been executed and hence he withdraw the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
