The Dhr is absent on repeated calls.  None for the Dhr is present and no steps is taken for the Dhr.  Jdr is also found absent on call. 

In view of the solemn order dated 12.08.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta in CRR No. 2955/2022 in the matter of Samasth Infotainment Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors. as to procedure of issuance of WA by the Consumer Commission earlier Warrant of arrest pending against the Jdr, if any, is recalled.

Inform the O/C concerned P.S. accordingly.

On scrutiny of the records it appears from the order dated 10.05.2023 that the Dhr was directed to file appropriate application but the Dhr has not taken any steps since 10.05.2023.  Seen the order dated 28.06.2024.

In view of the above, it seems to us that the Dhr is not at all interested to proceed with the Execution Case and hence, we are not inclined to enlist the matter further and accordingly the instant Execution case is filed for the present.

The Execution Case be put up, if petition is filed by any of the parties to proceed with the matter.
