Learned counsel for the complainant is present and files a memo that the complainant may be allowed to withdraw the complaint with liberty granted to him to raise the dispute before the learned District Forum.

      Learned counsel for the complainant submits that since the amount claimed against the respondent is within the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Forum the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the complaint and to pursue the dispute before the learned District Forum

      In view of the above, the complaint is of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the complainant to file complaint before the District Forum, if so advised.
