Today is fixed for further order. Both parties are present by filing haziras through their respective Ld. Advocates. A petition has been filed on behalf of the complainant Sk. Kajal. On call the complainant files a verified petition praying to pass necessary order to hand over the A/c. payee cheque as submitted by the O.P. On perusing the record it appears that on 13.03.2018 from the side of the O.P. an A/c. payee cheque for Rs.1,00,000/- vide cheque bearing No.837784 dated 3.3.2018 drawn on HDFC Bank in the name of complainant Sk. Kajal, has been filed and said cheque was kept in safe custody of this Forum for handing over the same to the complainant on demand. Today on behalf of the complainant demand has been placed. On call the complainant Sk. Kajal himself is present and he files one photocopy of his Adhar Card along with original. The photocopy of Adhar Card is compared with the original. Let the original Adhar Card be returned to the complainant Sk. Kajal. The Ld. Advocate, Nagendra Nath Mukherjee has identified the complainant Sk. Kajal. Being asked the complainant has stated before this Forum that he is satisfied with this amount and wanted to dispose of this case on full and final satisfaction.
We are satisfied that the complainant Sk. Kajal himself is present. So, there is no bar to hand over the A/c. payee cheque as mentioned above to the complainant on proper receipt.
Hence, the petition filed on behalf of the complainant is allowed. Accordingly, hand over the cheque as mentioned above to the complainant Sk. Kajal on proper receipt. Hence, it is

that the case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
