None present on behalf of the complainant.

This case was filed on 07/10/2021 thereafter this case appeared in the list on 28/10/2021 and at  that time Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits before this Commission that there was a talk of compromise between the CESC and settle up the dispute and prays for time.

Accordingly, this Commission allowed time thereafter this case is fixed on 09/02/2022, 07/03/2022, 06/04/2022 and today. In spite of several dates complainant remain absent without any step.

Hence, I, dispose up the matter on merit. It appears from the petition of complaint that it is a billing dispute between the parties and this Commission has no power to decide this billing dispute.

Hence, this complaint case is summarily rejected.
