ORDER

The complainant has filed this complaint seeking compensation of Rs.50,000/- and cost of bus ticket Rs.5/- and Rs.1,000/- towards obtaining the copies through xerox and typing  and for transportation expenses and Rs.2,000/- towards mental agony.

It is the case of the complainant that, he is a specially challenged person and he can travel in the BMTC bus from 01.01.2021 to 28.02.2021 on the earlier pass issued whereas the conductor demanded to get the ticket by paying charges which is violatives of rules and regulations. He has purchased pass by paying a sum of Rs.660/- and he is a consumer, his rights have been infringed. He has purchased the bus ticket which do not show the registration of the bus number, in which he has travelled and also not mentioned the bus number and the name of the conductor in the complaint. 

Further it is to be noted here that, this complainant had filed nearly 26 cases of similar in nature. Earlier to this, complainant had filed nearly 15 cases i.e. CC.430, 431, 432, 433, 434, 435,436, 437, 438, 439, 440, 441, 442, 443, 444/2020 on the same ground and same was allowed. This complainant has made it a habit of filing this complaint in order to make unlawful gain and is misusing the provisions of the Act for unlawful enrichment which has to be deprecated. Hence COMPLIANT IS HEREBY DISMISSED.
