            On behalf of the complainant a verified petition has been filed praying to dismiss the case for non-prosecution stating that the complainant has got the claim amount from the O.P. No.3 and as such he is not willing to proceed with this case and has prayed to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.  Considered.  The O.Ps. have raised no objection.  Hence, it is
