Our attention has been invited to the order dated 22.02.2011 passed by the Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. D 5696 of 2011.  By the said order, while issuing notice in the appeal to the respondent, the Hon’ble Apex Court has stayed the operation of the impugned judgment dated 17.11.2009 passed by this Commission in Original Petition No. 415 of 2000.  Accordingly, further proceedings in this execution application are stayed.  It will be open for the complainant to revive the same as and when there is any change in the circumstances.
