Heard the Ld. Advocate of the complainant.

Considering the materials on record and touching upon the submissions of the Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainants, it may be pointed out that complainants have failed to establish prima facie that there is material to proceed further.

However, it may be noted that the materials on record does not inspire us to say anything positive, rather it may be noted that prima facie there is no material to proceed further with the case.

Hence, the instant case is rejected.
