Today is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant positively.

At this stage, complainant himself is present and files petition supported by an affidavit stating that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case any further as because grievance against the O.Ps has been amicably settled down. He also wants to withdraw the complaint case and prays for passing necessary order.

The complainant himself is not willing to proceed with the case as his grievance against the O.Ps has been settled down amicably and he wants to withdraw the case.

So we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.145/2023  be and the same is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
